We specialize in flooring installation, refinishing, custom work, and material sales. All services are subject to availability and may require scheduling in advance.
We provide a 2-year warranty on flooring installations when installation is completed by our team.
This warranty does not apply if materials are purchased from us but installed by a third party.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, or lack of maintenance are not covered.
We accept all major payment methods except cash. Financing options are also available.
For product orders, a 50% deposit is required upfront. The balance is due upon completion or delivery.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders may be canceled before materials are ordered or work has begun. Once products are ordered or installation has started, refunds are not guaranteed and may be subject to fees.
Customers may choose to prepare the space themselves (such as moving furniture or removing old flooring) or request our team to provide this service for an additional fee.
While we strive to meet agreed-upon timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, supplier shortages, or other factors outside our control.
We take every precaution to protect your home and property during installation. However, we are not responsible for incidental damage beyond our reasonable control.
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation before pursuing any other legal remedies.
We may collect customer information such as names, emails, and phone numbers to provide services, schedule projects, and share updates or promotions.
We respect your privacy and will not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including but not limited to unsafe work environments or non-compliance with these Terms.
